Leadership of Baseball Canberra 

The Baseball Canberra Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, corporate governance, and oversight to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the Association and baseball in the ACT.

Baseball Canberra is governed by its 2003 Constitution and Strategic Plan 2025–2030, which together establish the framework for decision-making and future direction. A draft updated Constitution is also available on the website, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to strong governance and continuous improvement.

Baseball Canberra’s Board Charter outlines the scope, role, and responsibilities of the board of directors. This document acts as a reference guide for directors, ensuring good governance and ethical decision-making (see ‘Policies’).

The Board and its Directors are also supported by a volunteer Board Secretary, in addition to a range of subcommittees and forums staffed by volunteers (see ‘Policies’ for copies of the terms of reference that govern the work of these committees).
