Pathway Programs

Baseball Canberra’s ‘Pathways’ model is based on the Australian Sports Commission’s (ASC) FTEM framework:

Foundations
Talent
Elite
Mastery

The Pathways model provides a clear progression for local players and coaches.

From entry-level participation in T-Ball (4-6yrs) and school holiday programs (yrs TBC), to local club ball competitions (7-18yrs and adult comps) (FOUNDATIONS); to structured offseason development opportunities via Winter Pathways and national opportunities through Charter, School Sports and AYC baseball (TALENT); international opportunities via Baseball Australia national teams or in the United States college system (ELITE); and culminating with professional baseball opportunities in Australia (ABL) or abroad (MILB/MLB).

Our Pathways programs and partnerships are designed to lay solid foundations, build confidence and challenge you at all stages of the game.
